PRIME recently restructured the organization and appointed Mr. Piroon Shinawatra as CFO to replace Mr. Surachet Chaipatamanont, who moved to take the position of Chief Sustainability and Risk Management Officer effective on 18 January 2023.
SET-listed Prime Road Power Public Company Limited (PRIME) recently disclosed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) that it had restructured the company by appointing Mr. Piroon Shinawatra as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 18 January 2023. He replaced Mr. Surachet Chaipatamanont, who has taken on the position of Chief Sustainable Development and Risk Management Officer. The restructuring supports the expansion plans of its renewable energy business in Thailand and abroad, spearheads the company’s ESG initiatives, and plan to be a member of SET Thailand Sustainability Investment (SETTHIS) in 2023.
