PRIME received a 4-star CGR rating score – “Very Good” for the year 2023

        Mr. Somprasong Panjalak, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prime Road Power Public Company Limited or PRIME, revealed that PRIME received the results of the corporate governance survey of listed companies for the year 2023 at “Very Good” level (4 stars) from Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD) with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Thai IOD has conducted a survey of corporate governance of Thai listed companies for the year 2023 (Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2023: CGR) by announcing the results of the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) for the year 2023 via Facebook Live of Thai IOD on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 during 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., with a total of 782 listed companies participating in the assessment.

        Mr. Somprasong proudly said that PRIME has received a corporate governance assessment score of 4-stars or “very good” for 3 consecutive years, which reflects the potential of the company’s operation that has standards and readiness to maintain and enhance the good corporate governance along with running the business in order for PRIME to grow sustainably. In addition, all directors, all executives and PRIME staff give importance to being aware of their duties with ethics, honesty, integrity, and responsibility to stakeholders and participate in protecting the environment. As a result, PRIME maintains a balance of short-term and long-term returns to make shareholders having confidence in the company’s sustainable operations.
