Prime Road Power Public Company Limited (“PRIME”)
is a developer and investor in the renewable energy sector, with a mission to support clean energy adoption and sustainable development across the region. The Group began its renewable energy business in 2008 with a landfill biogas power generation project in collaboration with international investors. The Company later expanded into the development and investment of solar power projects in Thailand during the late stage of the Adder program, a government incentive scheme designed to promote renewable energy generation. In 2011, the Company signed 10 Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), representing a total installed capacity of over 92 MW. PRIME successfully developed and constructed these projects, achieving commercial operationfor all projects.
In 2019, the Company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand through a backdoor listing via Food Capital Public Company Limited (“FC”). In the same year, the Company transferred its listing from the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Today, PRIME focuses on the development and investment of renewable energy projects both domestically and internationally. The Company continues to expand its clean energy business to support the transition toward a sustainable energy future.
