Corporate Strategy

• To develop effective strategy and business plan for the company in consistent with the company’s vision to ensure that its aspiration is accomplished in a timely manner
• Develop policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines for strategy and planning for the corporate to ensure alignment and standardization for strategy and planning work
• Develop short, medium, and long-term corporate business plans and strategies in alignment with guideline and standard, to provide clear business direction for the corporate
• Develop consolidated business plans for the company in order to analyze overall business plan and provide direction to the company
• Determine and facilitate performance appraisal setting process, monitor, report, and propose actions to improve corporate and functional KPIs to ensure goals and targets alignment with the company’s direction
• Control and monitor business development plan formation and implementation to ensure alignment with policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines as well as corporate plan and strategy under specified target and timeline
• Develop business model, perform investment decision analysis, and supervise overall portfolio of the company both domestic and international to ensure alignment with Business development team

Risk Management

• Develop corporate risk management and internal control strategies and policies to be guideline for internal control and risk management plan development
• Review Risk management (RM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, Policy, Appetite and Manual
• Plan and implement RM and BCM for PRIME and subsidiaries: Workshop, Training and Test/Drill
• Provide guidance and recommendations about the RM and BCM for PRIME and subsidiaries  
• Support Risk management in arranging Risk Management Committee
• Support governance requirements i.e. 56-1 One-Report, CG, THSI
• Continuously improve the company RM and BCM for good practice

QUALIIFICATIONS:

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business/Finance, or other related fields
• Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in Strategic planning or Risk management
• Good personality / Service mind – Logical approach to Strategic thinking & Problem solving 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
