CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting, Budget Functions of the organization
  • Conduct financial analysis for management, the board of directors and shareholders
  • Planning, Analysis and forecasting domestic and overseas investment budgets
  • Set up the financial system, financial planning and manage cash flow
  • Manage the financial performance processes, budget and financial forecast for the company and the analyst community
  • Maintain financial records and provide all financial reports to all concerned parties
  • Manage the financial risk of the business, fund sources and its uses to ensure the sufficiency for company growth
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports to the management team, also coordinate & review annual statutory audits and corporate tax returns
  • Improve & develop the company reputation amongst internal and external stakeholders

 

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality, aged 40 – 48 years’ old
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 8-10 years’ experience in the position of CFO in Listed company
  • Prepare quarterly and yearly consolidated financial statements in accordance with Thai Accounting Standards
  • Working experience in the listed company is a must
  • Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • Positive personality
  • Good command of English
