Asst. HRD Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of talent and succession planning, leadership and competency management processes in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of career management, talent and succession planning, and competency management implementation.
  • Manage the design of Individual Development Plan (IDP) and development approaches from employee and consolidate them from line manager to ensure that all employee’s skill and capability are timely and effectively leveraged and developed in alignment with business needs
  • Develop HR programs in conjunction with employee’s engagement survey results that may related to learning & development, internal communication, promotion of internal career opportunities etc.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.

  • Developing OKR from corporate
  • OKR development & process alignment, controlling, evaluating, and validating; including target setting, and distributing
  • Knowledge and educating of KPI and OKR methodology

 

Qualifications

  • Male or Female, age 35 – 40 years’ old
  • Bachelor degree in human resources or any related field (Human Resources Development or Organizational Development will be advanced)
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in HRD, Organization Development, Performance Management, Competency Design, Culture Change
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills
  • Strategic mind-set, ability to think long term/ creatively and strong ‘can-do’ attitude a must
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good command of both spoken & written English and computer literate
